This is part of the Jiminy Cricket Wooden Box Set (#24075). The set shows various scenes from Pinocchio involving Pinocchio's Official Conscience.

This is a very small pin, measuring approximately 3/4" (2 cm) wide by 1 3/8" (3.5 cm) tall. On that back of that small space, they were able to not only put a double post, but they put the 2003 Official Pin Trading Logo and wrote, "LIMITED EDITION OF 2500, 4 OF 6, © Disney, MADE IN CHINA." |

Preparing to close out a game of pool, Chip 'n' Dale get behind the eight ball on this gold-finished character pin. It's a Disney Auctions exclusive in a limited edition of 1,000 fixed-price pins, available only from Disney's Purchase It Now Store at DisneyAuctions.com.
Dale is in front of Chip. They are using a pencil as a pool stick with the eraser side about to hit the white cue ball. There are two other balls on the pin. One has a red stripe and the other has a purple stripe.
This pin appears to have been inspired by the cover in the issue 33 of Chip 'n' Dale (Golden Key) comics series.
