This is a hinged pin - on the outside it shows a bobby blowing his whistle, holding his billy club up in the air with one hand, and the other hand is out in the "stop" position, next to him are stacks of powder kegs, and in the background a tunnel. At the top of the pin is a banner that says "Mr. Toad's Wild Ride". You open the doors and the inside shows Mr. Toad being thrown from his car after hitting the powder kegs, with colorful stars and swirls showing the effects of the explosion.
