This pin is a variation of pin 4041. With light-blue background, this circular 2" pin that appears as if you are looking through a gold-rimmed porthole. The scene shows Ariel, Flounder and Sebastian, from the Little Mermaid, having fun swimming just outside the window. Bubbles float above them in the blue water. This pin was given as a gift when you bought a Little Mermaid WDCC piece. Some were for display and not for sale. Individually numbered pin comes in a blue velvet drawstring bag.
