This is the lanyard featured in pin 12279 without the Sorcerer Mickey pin(listed as #21450. The lanyard is blue and says, “Walt Disney World USA” in white and red. The id holder has a fabric Chip n Dale over the word "USA" which are red with white stars with a blue border. This lanyard set comes in a Fanny Pack and is currently being given to Guests at WDW that are visiting from Japan that booked a certain WDW travel package (The special travel package is only sold in Japan). A few were sold at the Cast Connection at WDW.
