This pin features a Patriotic Mickey walking while carrying a cane and tipping his hat. He is dressed as Uncle Sam in his red, white and blue (stars & stripes) outfit. The pin is attached to a dangle that has a jewel and the number 5 representing TDL's 5th anniversary. This pin along with #41079, #41305 are converted from a set of 5 Mickey zipper pulls sold in Tokyo Disneyland for the 20th anniversary of the park.
