This Limited Edition pin is part of the Disneyland® Attraction Poster Collection and features Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. Top of this rectangular pin reads "Big Thunder Mountain Railroad." On the bottom is "Climb aboard 'n hang on for the wildest ride in the wilderness!!" "Disneyland." The border is red and yellow with a blue background. There is a brown circle in the center that looks like wood and the attraction is inside the circle. The railroad tracks extend outside of that circle. The Disneyland® Attraction Posters first appeared in the summer of 1956, offering a visual method of enticing guests to visit the many Disneyland® rides and attractions. The bold use of color is a vivid example of an art style popular in the 1950's. The original series totaled 17 designs, which were routinely revised and updated to remain current.
