|A very detailed silver Disney Institute pin with the institute's logo in the center, this design has a colorful border around the logo with examples of the of the subjects taught in tiny squares of dark blue, orange, green, mustard yellow, brown and yellow. Subjects covered by the pictures included a house, a palette with paint brush, plants with the sun, a tennis racquet and golf club, a movie camera, a camera with a flash, a book, a comedy mask with musical notes, and a cooking pan or plate with a fork, knife and spoon. "Disney" is in red and "INSTITUTE" is in mostly dark blue.|
The pin measures 1 1/4" (33 mm) wide by 7/8" (22 mm) tall. The back has a single point; the copyright (which appears slightly tilted on the pin I have) reads, "© DISNEY, CHINA."
The pin is similar in design to (#32) which has the year 2000 at the bottom, and (#2550) which has the year 1996 at the bottom.
The use of this pin has never been fully determined, though one member was told by a Cast Member that the pin was given to managers in 1999.
