This pin represents the All Star Resorts at Walt Disney World Florida. Multicolored star is the background of the main pin in red, purple, blue and gold. "All-Star" across the front in large blue letters. There are 3 Mickey Mouse dangles hanging below, one for each resort. First is Mickey wearing red shades/sunglasses and playing a yellow guitar, middle is Mickey the Movie Director with a yellow megaphone, and last is Mickey on a red Skateboard wearing a crash hat/helmet.
