Created especially for Disney Cast Members at the Disney's Old Key West Resort, this Limited Edition pin commemorates the 15 Anniversary of this Disney Vacation Club Resort. This is a light up pin that features Mickey Mouse gesturing to a red and white striped lighthouse. This lighthouse is very similar to the one in the main pool area at the resort. The top of the lighthouse has a bulb that blinks orange when it is turned on. The lighthouse and Mickey Mouse are on the beach with a little white foam surf with a blue sky background and palm trees. There is also a starfish on the beach. The Disney Vacation Club mountain logo appears on the pin. Under the logo and written on the pin in dark blue letters is DISNEY'S OLD KEY WEST RESORT and under that in smaller letters is written A DISNEY VACATION CLUB RESORT. At the base of the pin is the number 15 in bold black type. Written in gold under that is MAGICAL YEARS. Also on the pin below that is a red banner that has written in gold letters the years that the resort has been open...1991 - 2006. This pin is a limited edition of 1000. The pin is not fastened on a traditional Disney trading pin card, but is instead fastened to a card from the pin's manufacturer, Blinkie, with directions on how to operate the pins light.
