This pin features Donald Duck on the cover of a magazine and going out of a 50. It was given to subscribers of the weekly Finnish Disney comic book Aku Ankka (=Donald Duck) on December 5th 2001. The pin came with a bagged issue #49 and it reads "Aku Ankka 50 vuotta Suomessa" which translates to "Aku Ankka [magazine] 50 years in Finland". So technically it's not a pin celebrating Donald's birthday but an anniversary pin for a long running and extremely popular comic book.
