This is the November pin from the 2003 Sweet Kiss Calendar framed set. Features Pinocchio & Cleo in a kissing scene from "Pinocchio". (Figaro is looking on as Cleo jumps out of the bowl and smacks Pinocchio on the lips with a big kiss) The set was released at Disney Store Japan. The box the framed set comes in says "limited edition" but does not specify size - I have heard rumours of LE1000, but cannot verify.
