Lovely Snow White's face on a yellow 2008 Walt Disney Imagineering I.D. Badge. Snow White has a WDI Hire Date of 1955. Gold-finished.
Standard size of 1 and 3/8" high by a little over 2" wide (her collar). Gold metal waffle-finished back with 2 (horizontally-oriented) posts.
Inside the box on the back it reads:
