I've had this for some 10 years, so I will guess the age at that. From Tokyo Disneyland with Pinocchio in the center. Below Pinocchio in small black letters is "(c) Walt Disney Productions" and in larger white letters "Tokyo Disneyland(r)." Size: 2 3/8" diameter The back of the button has a 7/16" wide x 1/2" high white sticker that has Mickey Mouse's head and also reads "(c) Walt Disney Productions" along with Japanese letters/characters.
