This,older, pin was given to me by a Disney cast member who was part of the ground crew responsible for the launch, and retrieval, of the "Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Duck" balloon. It was given to him by the pilot. It is from a balloon flight event originating at Walt Disney World. It is Donald, with a tiny cupola(basket), looking to the left. The pin is hard enamel, similar in size to the Mickey Party Hat balloon and measures 1 1/4" high by 7/8" wide. There is no backstamp.
