Released by Japan Disney Store to celebrate the New Year, this two-piece set features a pin of Chip & Dale with a post sticking up between the two chipmunks and a small tab underneath them, which fits into a slot in the gold disk included with the pin. The disk is designed as a top, so that the post between Chip & Dale can be used to send the 'munks for a spin. The pin itself has Dale on the left side of the post and Chip on the right. Both are seated with a puzzled look on their faces and their hands sticking up, like they are preparing for their ride. Back of pin is stamped with the Disney Store and Disney copyrights. No stamp is on the top base. A pin/top set of Donald Duck in a kimono was released on the same day.
