Part of the Halloween starter lanyard package in which 2 of this pin and 2 of #25435 were packaged with a lanyard. It has been confirmed that 900 lanyards were made, 200 were given to the vice president of marketing for the press event on Oct. 4th 2003, 400 sold at the pin event on Oct. 5th leaving 300 for public sales at the Halloween events in Paris later in October.
