This Limited Edition frame set includes all of the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party 2004 pin releases in a beautifully framed set. This frame set can be purchased at Expo Hall. All Guests will have a wristband to identify that they are Party Guests and the wristbands will have Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party printed on them. A Guest must present one of her or his wristband in order to purchase the pins. Guests may purchase only 2 of each pin per wristband. **Note wristbands must be worn by the Guests.
