This is one of the pins from the 5-pin "Little Monsters on Main Street" set issued for Halloween 1994 and listed on PinPics as Pin 4189. The pin background is a black square with gold border. Over it is one of Donald Duck's nephews (Huey, Dewey or Louie), left facing right, holding a brown wooden sword with red handle in his left hand; his right hand is behind his back. He wears a pirate's outfit with blue topcoat and a brown rope belt. He wears a captain's hat - black with blue trim and large red feather plume coming out the top, and a gold skull & crossbones in the front - and a black patch over his left eye. Beside him, at right, is a pumpkin made into a jack-o-lantern. Its lid is above the pumpkin as if the duckling has just cut off the top of the pumpkin with his sword. The pin measures 1 1/8" (29 mm) wide by 1 1/4" (31 mm) tall. The back is stamped "© DISNEY" with an extremely tiny "Taiwan" beneath it.
