This pin is part of the Celebrate Culture pins being released at Disney's Animal Kingdom they are 3D and have the background pressed into the frame. This pin has an elephant next to a tree with ribbons. The word India is underneath him with Disney's Animal Kingdom at the bottom with the Tree of Life.
