This pin is Andrina & Aquata (two of the six Ariel's sisters) from "The Little Mermaid" and it's part of a 3 pin set that was sold framed in the "Under The Sea" Event. The frame's title is "Someone in Her Mind" and came with a certificate of verification in the back. The pin is about 2 1/4" x 1" Andrina is the mermaid with the purple tail and blonde hair.
