This is for the Creeper pin only from The Black Cauldron 25th Anniversary Pin Set (#72289). He is crouched over what appears to be a plate or bowl and is pouring something into it. I have not seen this movie in ages, so if someone wants to comment with a more accurate description, I will be happy to add it.
