Jiminy Cricket's hat inside a bubble is part of the Jiminy Cricket Wooden Box Set (#24075). The set shows various scenes from Pinocchio involving Pinocchio's Official Conscience. The blue top hat with brown accent is inside a darker blue bubble with a slight white marking at the top. This is a very small pin, measuring 1/2" (1.2 cm) round. On that back of that very small space, they were able to write, "LIMITED EDITION OF 2500, 6 OF 6, © Disney, MADE IN CHINA."
