This doll lanyard from Marie Osmond's Adora Belle Tiki Doll (27548) is black and has a Pin Trading Medallion on the bottom. It holds 4 pins, 3 that are not detachable and one that is which is the Tiki Sign (32521) which is a mini version of #27549. The other 3 pins are Minnie Mouse in a flowered dress with a green lei and Daisy Duck in a hula skirt with a red lei the last pin is the Parrot Michael. Pin are less than half an inch tall.
