This pin is very small and has the disney stamp and Made in china on the back. The size is small in comparison to the nickel I placed next to it for reference of size.I think it may be part of a set that was released in Japan but unsure. This hand is very close to Pin 38216 except the lines in the glove are different. This is also gold lines and outline plus enamel or possibly cloisenne. It is so small that it is hard to tell for sure. The pin is part of a 4-pin mini set (#465) released at Walt Disney World.
