This is a pin part of a set #21722 of pins on a safari style hat. This is a mini Goofy waving his hand (PinPics #1126, #1543, #4416, #4417, #4419). Back says Disney Made in China. However I noticed that the official WDW Resort Pin Catalog has a different mini Goofy pose listed in the book (page 45). But this one came with the others on the hat.
