This is the 5th serie 2010 refresh lanyard pin from DLP, number 3. It's "Mr Smee" the sidekick of Captain Hook in "Peter Pan". Mr Smee is at attention, hand over his forehead and the other in the back. He wears his red cap, glasses, his shirt striped blue and white, short blue and sandals. The hidden "nametag logo" from DLP is very small and is located on the tassel of the cap. It's a Cocktail pin and given out on the Pin Trading Night from 10-29-2010 at the "Newport Bay Club Hotel".
