DLR - Pin of the Month 2010

Collection of all 2010 pin of the month pins for the Disneyland Resort.

From ODPT.com: December 23, 2009 We have an important update regarding the upcoming Limited Edition 100 pins created for the 10th Anniversary of Disney Pin Trading. Unfortunately (trust us, this one is difficult to write) ... due to some unforeseen circumstances, we will have to postpone the release of this unique collection. Don't fret yet ... there is a light at the end of this tunnel.

For those unfamiliar with the LE100s (as we were calling them), there were two unique collections of 10 pins each featuring various Disney Park icons presented in an antique metal finish. They look gorgeous! Each pin in this collection would have had an edition size of 100 and would have been $19.95 each. The original plan was to release a new pin on the 10th of each month at Disney's Pin Traders on each coast.

Now, the good news. The pins will appear as a framed collection later in 2010. Each framed set will have an edition size of 100 and will contain all 10 pins. The Walt Disney World® Resort collection will be released at Disney Pin Celebration 2010 and will be part of the Random Selection Process. The Disneyland® Resort collection will be released at Disney Summer Pin Festival 2010. Please stay tuned for more details on these sets.

***It appears that the Haunted Mansion Magazines and Tinkerbell birthstone pins became Disneyland only. Also the Mickey Mouse Icon with Characters became WDW only. The January pins in these sets were still released at all parks.

Update: starting in August, the Walt's Classic Collection pins began selling as a set.

Unless someone can correct me, there appear to be only 10 trading night pins.
