This pin was released at the D23 convention in August 2011. It represents a license plate with the word "CAR" in the top left corner in a yellow box, with the words "LOCK NUT" in the middle in orange and a red box at the top right corner with 12. Underneath are the words TOW-012 in orange on a bige background. Each box contains one mystery pin and there are 24 pins in the set.
