**This is the Artist Proof version of pin 8540** "This pin celebrates songwriters Richard and Robert Sherman, who wrote the scores for "Mary Poppins" and "Bedknobs and Broomsticks" (among many other films) and the songs for It's a Small World, The Tiki Room, and the Carousel of Progress (among other attractions.) The pin shows a large musical note. In the center are gold musical notes and stars, plus Mickey's hands in his Sorcerer's Robe conducting over the top of Yen Sid's Hat. There is a piano keyboard at the bottom. At the top it reads, "Making Magical Music," and at the bottom is a purple banner reading "Richard and Robert Sherman." The pin was released at the Disneyana Fun Fair celebrating Walt's 100th birthday on December 9, 2001." The differnce is the color of the banner on the pin: AP edition has a light blue color.
