Part of set #35873. Here is Donald as he was in 1942; the main differences are in his jacket and his cap. This is one of the three pin pairs in a 6 pin set (Pin 35873). The Donald and '1942' shown above are separate pins.
Donald Duck, with his hands on his hips, looking up and to the right and scowling! He is wearing his blue sailor suit - white hat with blue band, blue blazer with white buttons and black bowtie.
Because his hat is typically blue I thought this might have been an "unauthorized" pin. However, in searching Pin Pics, I found several pins showing Donald in the same outfit. Examples include Pins 11657, 12083, 32018, 32019 and 56683.
