The phrase "A penny saved is a penny earned" offers no consolation to Donald Duck as he notes the disparity between his piggy bank and Uncle Scrooge's on this humorous gold-finished character pin with spinning vault latch. It's a Disney Auctions exclusive in a limited edition of 100 jumbo pins. Donald is holding a small/ tiny piggy bank that has a ¢ on it, while Scrooge is holding a much bigger piggy bank that has a $ on it. Both piggy banks are pink. Donald is scowling and putting a coin in his piggybank, while Uncle Scrooge is smiling and has a dollar bill sticking out of his. Between them is is a round, grey safe vault door with dark gray bars -- the round handle/wheel spins. This is a spinner pin.
