The shape of the pin is Mickey's Head & Ears with the country (American) flag in the center. This pin is the country of United States of America (USA). One year, many of the WDW CMs had to go to a United Way meeting. This pin was given out to all CMs that attended. What is different about the CM version is that there is a "U" engraved into the back of it. WDW - SKU: 400109 690339 - re-released 06/20/06 SKU: 10976565 DLR - SKU: 4 00109 69033 9. Came on small Disneyland pin card with 'Disneyland Castle' logo. Measurements: 1 1/2" wide by 1 3/8" high. Pins in this series include: #952-960, 1838, 2396, 18701, and 18702.
