This Tinker Bell Disneyland Resort Cast Member Exclusive pin is only available to those Cast Members that contribute weekly to the Cast Community Fund (minimum $52.00 donation is required). This pin is gold-metal with a textured back and one post. In a box on the back it reads: Cast Exclusive (copyright) Disney China This pin measures 1 and 1/4" high by 1 and 1/8" wide. This pin was only given to those Cast Members who set up a payroll deduction to donate money from their own paycheck to the Charitable Organization, the "Cast Community Fund" in 2003.
